Q. When will I know if I was approved for a credit card?
A. Some credit cards offer an instant decision while others may take several weeks before you receive a response. Once a decision is made you will be notified via the mail or through email.

Q. Do you only offer cards exclusivly online or can I apply over the phone?
A. We do not currently offer applications by mail or phone.

Q. I have a question about my existing credit card. Who do I contact?
A. You may contact the company that issued the credit card (i.e. Chase, American Express, Discover, etc.). You can find their phone number on the back of your credit card or on your credit card statement.
